MedReady MR-357FL Pill Dispenser w SMS/Email Alerts & Light

The MedReady MR-357 series can communicate via the Internet using the built-in Mobile 4G SIM to MedReady's servers, providing advanced medication management features to simplify daily compliance of a medication regimen. When connected to the Internet through the SIM card the MedReady MR-357 is remotely accessible. Caregivers can log into a secure website and make changes to the dispenser from any location.

When medication is ready the unit will sound a Buzzer to notify the patient that the medication is ready. Only the most recent medicine is available.

For those who have difficulty hearing a buzzer or alarm, the Medready MR-357FL has also been developed with a visual alarm; a red flashing red light, which flashes in conjunction with the audible alarm, alerting patients that it is time to take their pills.

Opening the medication door disables the alarm. The pill tray rotates to the next dose when the next audible alarm sounds. If the patient misses a dose, the pill dispenser denies access to the missed dose. An SMS and/or email can be sent to the caregiver or multiple recipients in the event of a missed pill or error.

No land line or internet connection is necessary at the Medication dispenser. All medication compliance events and device settings are sent real time using the built in SIM card via cellular networks.

With the ability to independently enable and disable the audible and visual alarms, the MR-357FL can be customised to work exactly how you or your loved one prefer.

This dispenser holds up to 28 doses of medication and can dispense from 1 to 4 times per day. Preload your medication for 7 to 28 days.

Each dispensing compartment can hold up to 9 x M&M size pills.

Remotely change alarm times, trigger early doses, and set all device settings from the comfort of your home, or smartphone. In the case of a medication non-compliance event the dispenser signals MedReady's servers and then our servers send email and/or text messages to caregivers alerting them of the non-compliance event. Phone call alerts are not available in Australia, only SMS and email alerts. The complete compliance log can also be viewed online via the compliance website.

More Information

Caregivers can log into a secure website to remotely access the patient’s MedReady device. Whether it’s setting the time of day, setting the alarms, triggering early doses, putting the dispenser on hold in holiday mode, changing non-compliance notification contacts and methods, or adjusting other features, all of these changes can be made through the web portal.

The web portal also allows caregivers to view the patient’s complete medication compliance log. Every day, MedReady sends reports to the web portal that indicate scheduled and taken medications for the past 24 hours. These are organised into the log.
