Cancellations
You may cancel an order, only before an order reaches the dispatch processing stage.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your items in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

RETURNS

14 Day Returns
If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it providing that the product is in 'as-new' condition. You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs (the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us). You can lodge a return request by contacting us via email at sales@medready.com.au with your name and order number. Please note that return requests can only be processed via email.

Monitoring Return Policy 
Since we don’t charge initial activation fees up front we charge a minimum monitoring duration of 2 months.  Any partially used month will be counted as used and there is a 2 month minimum.  Example:  Prepaid Jan 1 through June 30th and canceled on March 10 = 3 month refund and Prepaid Jan 1 through June 30th and canceled on Jan 20 = 4 month refund.

Damaged in transit
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately via email sales@medready.com.au.

Faults and Warranty Claims

If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible via email sales@medready.com.au.

Our Faults and Warranties policy does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
* Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
* Damage to external or product packaging only
* Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods from a pick up location


Warranty 
Rarely do we have any issues, but if necessary we have a One year Parts and Labor warranty serviced at the Torrance Facility in California.


Privacy 

MedReady Pty Ltd does not share information unless legally required by a court order. MedReady Pty Ltd uses 3rd party providers  to process payments, and no credit card info is stored on MedReady’s servers.  MedReady’s site is protected by SSL.  We’re in the Medication Dispenser manufacturing business, not into any data collection, or selling of any data whatsoever.
