With a MedReady monitoring subscription, you'll gain the ability to:

  • Program and self-monitor your MedReady MR-357 device remotely on the MedReady website.
  • Be alerted when a scheduled dose is missed by setting up notifications via SMS and/or Email.
  • Adjust medication alarm times, alarm duration, turn audible alarms on/off and flashing light on/off.
  • View detailed reports regarding adherence to medication regimen, status of device and remaining doses left in the device.
  • Remotely test the device and provide an early dose if required

Remotely change alarm times, trigger early doses, and set all device settings from the comfort of your home, or smart phone.  In the case of a medication non-compliance event the dispenser signals MedReady’s servers and then our servers email and/or send SMS messages to caregivers alerting them of the non-compliance event.   The complete compliance log can be viewed via the compliance website. 

Caregivers can log into a secure website to remotely access a patient's MedReady device. The web portal makes monitoring their medication regimen and their device status simple. Easily set the desired times for medication doses, adjust visual and audible alarms, trigger early doses, put the dispenser on hold (holiday mode), change non-compliance notification contacts and methods, or adjust other features, all through the web portal.

Each day MedReady sends reports to the web portal that display scheduled and taken medications for the past 24 hours. These are organised into the log.
